my friend had one on her face and she got it removed with a laser surgery. she had a dark spot in the place were her mole use to be, but in a few weeks it faded away.
Go to doctor and freeze it off.
they have to be removed by a dr. it is best to see a dermatologist. this dr specializes in skin and it's diseases and disorders and can send the mole (once it's removed) to a lab to have it analyzed (biopsy) to make sure there is no melanoma (skin cancer)
get an appointment to get it removed. i have had 4 of them removed.
