Does anyone have any recipes for good facials that make you skin glow more?


Any other tips would be useful too.

Egg whites con firm the skin and tighten pores, giving the appearance of a smoother, softer complexion. Whip two egg whites together, apply to the face and let dry, then wash off with water.





Baking soda is alkaline and can remove dead skin cells without damaging the skin. Massage a baking soda paste, made from 1 tbsp. of baking soda and a drizzle of water, onto the skin for 30 seconds, then rinse off with water.





Lemon juice is highly acidic, and can help increase cell turnover on the skin, which can reveal a fresh, youthful complexion. Apply undiluted lemon juice onto the face after washing.





Oatmeal, when applied to the skin in a mask, has a string anti-inflammatory effect on the skin. Mix 1/2 cup of oatmeal with one cup of hot water, let cool, then apply to the skin After 10 minutes, rinse off with water.





Steaming the face help allow the pores to release impurities, aiding in maintaining a blemish-free complexion. Fill a bowl with hot water, and lean 12 inches over the bowl with a towel over the head for 15 minutes.Beauty Tips- Home Recipe Facials, Etc.?
i tried the baking soda and it tightned my face really nicely but it made my zits red Report Abuse

Way back in time, in the ancient Greek and Roman civilizations, women used to apply Olive Oil onto their skin!





Here is what you can do: in a small bowl, put some Olive Oil (organic works best). Make sure, however, you don't put too much! Then grab a small towel, and wet it in hot water. Once you do this, you can start applying the olive oil anywhere on your skin. Put the hot towel on the part of the skin you applyed olive oil in, and rest for a couple minutes.
